Ginger Snaps
This week I’m sharing a familiar favorite. Cookies that are whipped up in a snap and that have a lovely ginger flavor that hits the spot just right.Â
If you aren’t a baker (like me) this is the perfect recipe for you. Even better, get the kids to make them. My sons simply love this quick crowd pleaser and so does everyone you give them to as a gift.Â
I know there are so many Ginger Snap recipes out there, but this one is a no fail winner. I hope you enjoy it!
 You’ll need:
180g Self Raising Flour
120 Brown Sugar (I prefer using treacle)
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
60g Butter
1 teaspoon of ground ginger
1 teaspooon of syrup
1 egg.
Basically it’s done in four easy steps
- Switch on the oven to 180 degrees Celcius
- Mix all ingredients
- Place small blobs on a baking sheet – press flat with a fork if you want
- Bake for 15 minutes

Very interesting, very good job and thanks for sharing
such a blog.
