

Banana Loaf Recipe
In our home this is the ultimate go-to whenever there are a few overripe bananas lying around. It’s the perfect ending to every meal, perfect snack or lunch box filler. And for someone who doesn’t really bake (like me) this is a fool-proof recipe.
Equipment
- Oven
- Whisk
- Bread Tin
Ingredients
- 8 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 3 Bananas Preferably very ripe
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 1/4 cup Flour
Instructions
- Cream the butter, sugar, eggs, and bananas together
- Fold in salt, baking soda, and flour.
- Pour batter into a greased baking tin and bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit / 180 Celcius.
- Serve warm with butter, honey, and grated cheese.
This recipe is even better than store bought banana loaf!
