Banana Loaf Recipe

In our home this is the ultimate go-to whenever there are a few overripe bananas lying around. It’s the perfect ending to every meal, perfect snack or lunch box filler. And for someone who doesn’t really bake (like me) this is a fool-proof recipe.

Equipment

  • Oven
  • Whisk
  • Bread Tin

Ingredients
  

  • 8 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 Bananas Preferably very ripe
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 1/4 cup Flour

Instructions
 

  • Cream the butter, sugar, eggs, and bananas together
  • Fold in salt, baking soda, and flour.
  • Pour batter into a greased baking tin and bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit / 180 Celcius.
  • Serve warm with butter, honey, and grated cheese.
