I didn’t buy an airfryer, honestly, I believed I didn’t need it. I was surprised when I was gifted one for my birthday by a group of friends, and I will be forever grateful! One New Year’s Eve a group of our friends all came together with snacks to ring in the new year. On a whim, I tried making pork belly bites in the air fryer and the results – they lasted only five minutes!
